Kitchen is equipped with double kitchen sink, four burner range, full size refrigerator, ​microwave, two stools at kitchen bar and a wooden table with four chairs. Living area has a brand new hide a bed sofa (sleeps 2 easily) and two recliner lounge. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new Paradise foam mattress. Bathroom has an angle shower, toilet, sink and medicine cabinet. Also, comes with air conditioning, electric fireplace, propane furnace, television, DVD player and stereo system. All kitchen appliances, pots and pans, linen, vacuum are included. 

Excluded: outdoor grey lounge and personal items.
